Provider Agreement
Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Jurisdiction: United Kingdom
1. Who This Applies To
This Provider Agreement applies to all organisations registered as Providers on the Syndy platform. By registering as a Provider, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
Providers must be UK-registered businesses. Syndy may require KYB (Know Your Business) verification before your account is approved to submit offers.
3. Offer Submission
All offers submitted to Syndicates must: (a) be genuine and deliverable; (b) accurately describe the goods or services offered; (c) comply with UK consumer protection law; (d) include all material costs (VAT, delivery, installation where applicable).
4. Commitment Obligations
When a Syndicate reaches trigger threshold and Commitments are confirmed, you are legally obligated to honour the offer terms. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and dispute proceedings.
5. Platform Commission
Syndy does not charge Providers a commission. Revenue is generated from Buyer platform fees only. Providers must not inflate offer prices to offset this.
6. Disputes
Providers are required to engage in good faith with Syndy's dispute resolution process. Decisions by Syndy's moderation team are final for disputes processed through the Platform.
7. Termination
Syndy reserves the right to suspend or terminate Provider accounts that breach this agreement, submit fraudulent offers, or receive sustained poor reviews.
