Account data: Name, email address, phone number, location, profile information.

Transaction data: Commitments, offers accepted, platform fees, payment references.

Usage data: Pages visited, searches performed, syndicate activity.

Communications: Messages, support tickets, dispute submissions.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session data.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) process payments and manage Commitments; (c) send transactional emails and notifications; (d) comply with legal obligations; (e) prevent fraud and ensure security.

4. Legal Bases

We process data under: contract performance (to deliver the service), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (financial records, dispute handling), and consent (analytics, marketing emails).

We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), our email service provider (transactional emails), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with law enforcement where legally required.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for financial records. Audit logs are retained for 5 years. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
