Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy sets out what behaviour is and is not acceptable on the Syndy platform. It applies to all users, including Buyers, Providers, and visitors.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Syndy to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate Audience votes or counts
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Use the platform in connection with any unlawful activity

Content Standards

All content must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the Audience, offer, or event it relates to. Syndy reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove content — including audiences and offers — that violates these standards without notice.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate.
