Frequently asked questions

How do audiences work?+
An audience is a group of buyers joining together to unlock better pricing. You create or join an audience, suppliers submit competitive offers, and once the group reaches the trigger threshold, everyone commits and the deal is confirmed.
Is there a cost to join Syndy?+
Registration is free. Syndy charges a 5% (up to £5.00) platform fee on successful commitments, shown clearly before you commit.
What happens if the audience doesn't reach the minimum?+
No deal is locked and no one is charged. You are only committed once enough members have joined and a deal is confirmed.
How do I become a supplier on Syndy?+
Register your organisation, complete our KYB verification, and you can then browse open audiences and submit competitive offers.
What if a supplier doesn't honour their offer?+
Raise a formal dispute through the platform. Our moderation team reviews evidence from both parties and issues a binding decision within 5 business days.
How do I delete my account or export my data?+
Go to Account → Settings → Privacy. You can request account deletion (processed within 30 days) or export your data, both in line with UK GDPR.
